Shipping & Ordering Info
All of our aluminum racks, ramps, cabinets and accessories are Made as they are Ordered, using precision CNC laser cutting and bending equipment. Garage Team highly skilled welders and assemblers take great pride in making sure that your order is made to the highest quality standards and ships to you promptly.
We do not do any customization of our items or custom work at this time.

Order Processing
Your order will be processed the day we receive it if the order is received before 1PM EST on a business day (Mon - Fri). Items are shipped directly from Garage Team, the manufacturer, in Jackson, Michigan, USA (80 miles west of Detroit, MI). Items can take up to 7 Business Days to Ship from Garage Team. Please check the description of the Items that you are ordering.
Shipping Cost
We try to cover our costs with the shipping fees we charge. Automating the shipping charge process via the internet can be tricky since we never know what combination of products someone may order...one order could be for 3 items that fit inside one box whereas another order could be for 3 items that all need their own independent boxes...then you add the different shipping costs to different states...it can get tricky.
To Calculate Your Shipping Cost
Garage Team only ships to the United States and Canada.
To calculate the shipping cost of your order, please select the items you'd like to purchase by adding the items to your shopping cart, then Click “Check Out” and enter the SHIPPING information on the left side of the page, then click the "Continue to shipping method" button. This will tell you the shipping cost of what is currently in your shopping cart.
Returns
*All returns must be Pre-Approved. There is a 30% Re-Stocking Fee on all Returns. Returned products must be received undamaged for credit to be given. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable. Packages returned freight collect will NOT be received.
Please Note:
We understand shipping is very expensive especially on large items such as our diamond plate cabinets. we encourage any of our customers that live in the vicinity of Jackson, Michigan or anyone who will be in the area to arrange for factory pick-up to save on shipping costs. We are about a half hour from Michigan International Speedway and about an hour away from Milan Drag way for those racers out there.
Canada Orders
On all international orders the customer is responsible for all customs fees, providing a custom broker for freight shipments, duties, and taxes. This commonly applies to Canadian shipments though it is not limited to this country.
Alaska and Special American Orders
Please note that all orders shipping to the following list will be adjusted with current shipping charges when we receive your order.

Standard Delivery
If your order is being shipped to any of the 48 continental United States, it will arrive at your shipping address within 1-7 business days. If your billing address is a P.O. Box, please include your physical address as the ship-to address for faster delivery. All orders will be shipped via UPS or freight carrier depending on item size / weight. All orders will default to the Standard delivery option at checkout unless otherwise specified at time of order.
Freight Shipments
Large / heavy items such as Base Cabinets, Combos, some Overhead Cabinets, Ramps, etc., must ship via Freight Service (We currently ship freight via FedEx Freight)
Nearly all freight deliveries from Garage Team can be unloaded from the truck without the need for a loading dock, fork-lift, or "Lift-Gate" service. If you require "Lift-Gate" service at your "Ship-To" address there will be an additional fee assessed to your order. Please only choose the "Lift-Gate" option once per order.
***If you need to add the “Lift-Gate” Service to your shipment after FedEx contacts you to schedule the delivery, you will be responsible for the “Lift-Gate” Fee associated with your shipment delivery.
Deliveries shipped via freight require access to your "ship-to" address via standard street. Locations such as alleyways / apartments may incur an additional fee due to special delivery circumstances.
Common Shipping Delays
The most common shipping delay results from errors in shipping addresses. Please make sure that the shipping address is filled-in correctly in the order confirmation you received via email. If it is incorrect, please contact us immediately.
We do not ship on weekends, therefore orders made on weekends will be shipped out on Mondays. Exceptions to this rule are holidays.
If you've ordered a product from us within the last 24 hours, the product may not have processed yet or UPS has not picked-up the product yet from our warehouse. This is common when orders are made on weekends or holidays.
Discounted Shipping Offers
Due to our currents sales and specials we currently have no shipping discounts offered.
Product Damage during Shipment
- Please, always examine your shipment very carefully as soon as it arrives and do not sign for the delivery if there is any visual damage .
- Always inspect the contents to be sure nothing is missing.
- If damage is found after the delivery vehicle departs your location please contact the shipping company first and then contact Garage Team. You must contact Garage Team within 24 hours of receipt of the products. We will file a damage claim and do our best to get replacement product sent to you.
- With Freight shipments, it is very important to inspect your items BEFORE signing a Bill of Lading. Once you have signed the Bill of Lading, you have accepted the shipment from the motor freight company and it is nearly impossible to file a successful damage freight claim if the Bill of Lading was signed without noting the damage.
Track Your Shipment
If your shipment is coming by UPS, you can track your order using the tracking info included in your order confirmation e-mail. If your shipment is coming by FedEx Freight, you should receive an email from us with the Pro number and you can track the order from FedEx's website.

Shipping Questions
You'll get an email from us letting you know your order shipped. If you did not get an email from us, there may be several reasons:
- The item/s you purchased is/are back ordered, or
- you may have entered your email address incorrectly on the order form.
- Email may have gone in your spam folder
Ordering Information
Orders are done online via our secure server. All Michigan residents are required to pay 6% state sales.
Forms of accepted methods of payment are as follows: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal Express Checkout & Shopify Payments.
